This year the Sunshine Coast World Environment Day Celebrations will be held in a number of venues around the coast during the month of June.

TAPP will be organising a day in the Park at Pelican Waters on the 5th June. The day will be a family day for the community.
There will be a welcome to Country from the Kabi Kabi First Nations People. They will also be showing us some of their traditional dancing. There will be several stalls to interest the children and adults alike. The theme of the day this year is “Only One Earth” with the focus on living sustainably in harmony with nature.
Remember to keep the 5th of June free for a special day in the park at Pelican Waters, where our community can come together and celebrate our very special environment.
