TAPP has worked with Stockland over the Aura Development to ensure best practice targets were achieved in this large-scale development within the Pumicestone Passage Catchment. TAPP’s advocacy has helped lead towards the implementation of advanced surface water treatment and High Efficiency Sediment Basins.

Stockland have achieved a 6 star green rating for their master plan. TAPP was an original and ongoing member of Aura Community Engagement Group which received an Excellence in Innovation award from the Building Industry Australia (BIA), the first time a community engagement group has done so.
